YOUR BEANS
Enter the eight-character code printed with your order. Each code can be claimed once.
Claim within 14 days of purchase. Beans and combos use the purchase date, not the date you enter the code.
Use one reward with an order containing at least one paid eligible drink. Extras are charged separately.
Put your reward code in Grab order notes, or apply it at pickup checkout. A reward is confirmed only when the desk validates it. Unused codes can be cancelled to restore eligible Beans.
Return 3–8 days after your last qualifying purchase to move up a level. Your combo works across Grab and self pickup.

Earlier visits earn your current rate without advancing or moving the qualifying date. After eight days, the next purchase starts a new combo. All dates use Singapore time.
Only eligible paid cups earn Beans. Free drinks, gifts, test orders and refunded purchases do not qualify. A group order advances a combo once. The first-claim bonus is once per account, capped at 24 extra Beans. Beans cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months. Rewards depend on availability; the current catalogue shows the required Beans.
Keep claim codes private: the first eligible account to claim a chit receives its Beans. Incorrectly credited or refunded Beans may be reversed. Abuse may lead to account restrictions. We retain your email, reward activity and linked order records to manage membership and prevent misuse. Contact Fat Coffee through the main website for account help or data requests.
